A Recess for the Appellate Division, and for This Blog

The Appellate Division is in a recess this week and next. No oral arguments will occur during that period.

The Appellate Division may continue to issue decisons during that time, as, of course, may the Supreme Court. This blog will similarly be taking a partial recess, during which there will be fewer posts than usual.
