Evangelides Memorial Lecture on February 9 at Rutgers University- "Class Action Litigation: Who Benefits?"

I have been tapped to deliver the 27th Annual Alice and Stephen Evangelides Lecture at the Eagleton Institute of Politics in New Brunswick on February 9 at 8 P.M.  The topic will be “Class Action Litigation:  Who Benefits?”

The lecture focuses each year on an issue of public law.  Past speakers have included Professors Gerald Gunther of Stanford, Gordon Silverstein of Yale, Naomi Murakawa of Princeton, Burt Neuborne of NYU, Robert Williams of Rutgers-Camden, and Mark Denbeaux of Seton Hall, as well as Elyakim Rubinstein, who was then Attorney General of the State of Israel and was later appointed to Israel’s Supreme Court.

Details about the lecture can be found here.
