Judge DeAngelis is Temporarily Assigned to the Appellate Division

Chief Justice Rabner announced that Judge Frank DeAngelis has been temporarily assigned to Part E of the Appellate Division. The term of that assignment will run from August 24-November 1, 2026 and is in addition to his assignment under the General Assignment Order.

Judge DeAngelis, an appointee of Governor Christie, took the bench in Morris County in January 2017. Since that time, he has served in the Civil, Family, and General Equity Parts, including time as a Presiding Judge.

A graduate of Elizabethtown College and Seton Hall Law School, Judge DeAngelis was a partner at Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass before ascending to the bench. At that firm, he specialized in insurance defense and general commercial litigation, among other things. He has also been an adjunct professor at Seton Hall Law School, for many years, and was named Adjunct Professor of the Year for the 2008-09 school year.

Welcome, Judge DeAngelis!
