Judge Zazzali-Hogan is Temporarily Assigned to the Appellate Division

In an Order available here, Chief Justice Rabner announced that Judge Zazzali-Hogan will be temporarily assigned to the Appellate Division’s Part G. That assignment will commence on August 24 and will extend through November 1 and “for such additional period of time as may be necessary to decide all motions and to conclude all matters assigned to” her.

Judge Zazzali-Hogan was nominated for a seat on the Monmouth County bench by Governor Christie in 2013. Since taking the bench, she has sat in Family, Civil, and General Equity. Most recently, she has been the Presiding Judge of General Equity.

A graduate of Georgetown University and the Seton Hall School of Law, Judge Zazzali-Hogan was in private practice at Gibbons, P.C. before her appointment to the bench. At that firm, she handled complex commercial litigation of many types. Prior to that, Judge Zazzali-Hogan clerked at the Supreme Court of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Welcome, Judge Zazzali-Hogan!
