Chief Justice Rabner announced that Judges Vinci and Vanek have been permanently assigned to the Appellate Division. They had each been temporarily assigned to that court previously. The Orders making those assignments can be found here and here. Judge Vinci will serve on Part C and Judge Vanek on Part D. The two judges had been assigned to those Parts, respectively, when the current Term began.

The Appellate Division’s Parts list, not yet updated to reflect this development, shows that there are four other judges who continue on temporary assignment to the Appellate Division. They are Judges Jacobs (Part A), Torregrossa-O’Connor (Part B), Augostini (Part E), and Bergman (Part F). Those judges were all temporarily assigned to the Appellate Division at the same time, more recently than Judges Vinci and Vanek.
